Manpower Planning and Traffic Prediction

Together with our strategic partner ATS Data Design, Integra offers a Manpower Planning System solution especially designed for the ATC environment. The solution covers a wide range of modules enabling smooth and time-saving manpower planning capabilities at tactical and operational levels from the early planning stages to actual performance of duties.

The modules that are presently implemented covers:

• Leave planning and bidding module where the controllers can request leave or make special requests for specific duties
• Roster module where the actual rosters are made based on available staff, leave and task requests, demand for duties, working rules, working cycles and many other parameters
• Duty swaps module allowing controllers to swap duties
• Status checker module where the controllers can see the published roster, swapped duties and their ESARR5 status
• OJT module where it is possible to make dedicated rosters for trainees
• CheckIn and briefing module used in the OPS room to follow up on controllers checking in. The module is also used for registration of last minute changes
• BreakPlanner module, where controllers are allocated to correct working positions and optimises sector configuration according to staffing and traffic flow.

Information to/from the Manpower Planning System is handled via well-defined interfaces securing precise and correct data distribution from/to the customers’ HR and/or payroll system.

The latest product that has been implemented in our product suite is the TrafficPlanner. The TrafficPlanner provides flow managers with a perfect overview of the future traffic situation using detailed flight information and an accuracy previously unmatched.
