The level of quality of Integra’s services has been evaluated and acknowledged by NATO – an approval that illustrates Integra’s high level of quality. However we still want to be better.
This is why we have instigated a quality development project, with a view to achieving an ISO certificication.
Independent of the certification, Integra will continue to focus on the quality of our services and analyse our client satisfaction. The most important thing for Integra is not the certification itself, but more that our customers experience an impeccable level of quality in Integra’s services.
